Registration Regulation
Please read the following policies regarding entitlements, payment methods, and cancellations carefully.
Registration Entitlements
- Access to all scientific sessions, plenary lectures, and symposiums.
- Access to Exhibition and Poster Area.
- Congress Kit (Bag, Program Book, ID Badge).
- Daily Coffee Breaks and Lunch during the congress.
- Invitation to the Opening Ceremony.
- Access to the Gala Dinner (Nov 20, 2026).
Payment Methods
Registration fees (in IDR for domestic or USD for international) can be paid via:

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be notified in writing via email to the secretariat.
Until September 15, 2026
100% RefundFull refund of registration fee (minus administration bank charges).
Sep 16 - Oct 30, 2026
50% RefundHalf refund of the registration fee will be granted.
From October 31, 2026
No RefundNo refund will be made for cancellations received after this date.
Group Registration
We offer a special discount for group registrations of more than 10 delegates.
